Test : 1024 MiB (x5) ĭrive is really fast. I don't usually write reviews but this time I wanted to warn others before they buy a Lexar product. I have never had such a bad experience with a Company before. As I have said, I will NEVER buy Lexar again. Why so long? They were quick to reply to my emails but the reasons for the delay never really made much sense. They're simply giving their business away and losing repeat customers.ĮDIT Lexar finally reimbursed me on April 25, 2019, that is OVER 9 MONTHS after the RMA in July 2018. No self-respecting Company would run a warranty department like that. I will not buy any Lexar products anymore and I hope that the ones I have don't fail within the warranty period. This is not acceptable from a Company such as Lexar.
We are trying to label and send out products as we can for the products that have the highest demand, but I am unsure as which products stand where on the list of relabeling and replacing. We anticipate this process to be complete by the end of the month, but no guarantees can be made. Before anything is shipped out we have to change the labeling on all our products in order to be compliant. Your product has not yet entered the final stages due to a new labeling restriction put in place by the US government. Here's their latest reply (excuse) on October 22: I've been told that perhaps next month I'll get it. Customer Service is quick to answer emails but there have been excuses upon excuses as to why my replacement hasn't been shipped yet. We are now November 5, 2018, and I still don't have my replacement.
